What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I partner with nonprofit organizations, providing resources and support to improve the search process and help them hire key staff.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
My professional experience spans more than 25 years. I leveraged my career with nonprofit organizations to begin working as a consultant with Capability Company in 2005 and became President of the company in 2009. I have held Executive Director and Program Coordinator roles, including managing administration, statewide grants, and local service provider relations. In addition, I actively serve on Boards of Directors and am a volunteer and donor. I believe that outstanding people who are committed and effective are the most important asset a nonprofit can have.
