What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I am extremely passionate about partnering with leaders, teams and organizations on projects and challenges that are related to board development, coaching, executive transition, meeting design and facilitation and strategic planning. Essentially, I absolutely love helping nonprofit organizations care well for their people.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
I am an award winning, international Speaker, Facilitator and Coach. Prior to founding Estella Elaine, LLC, I climbed the ultimate career ladder in the nonprofit sector. I went from Intern to Executive Director in less than a decade and all before the age of 30. I have more than 20 years of leadership experience and I have previously chaired the boards of 2 nonprofit organizations.
I have spent the majority of my career at the Center for Creative Leadership, a globally ranked, internationally known provider of leadership development, research, and executive education.
Over the last 24 years, by either appointment or election, I have served Girl Scouts in more than 10 leadership roles at global, national and local levels of the organization. In 2016, I was named one of the Top 40 Leaders Under 40 and I was profiled by Made in Greensboro.
I have degrees in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
