About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I provide organizational planning and development services with a focus on capacity building and sustainability. I work with both governmental and nonprofit organizations and specialize in guiding public-private collaborative partnerships spanning a broad range of human services and community development in achieving community impact through an asset-based approach.
Major areas of my work include assessment, strategic planning, and coordination and writing of federal and foundation grant proposals for sustainable funding,
Why would someone choose to work with you?
As President and Managing Partner of NPH Consulting LLC, I have over 20 years of experience in public and private strategic planning and organizational development. Clients I have served include U.S., state, and local government agencies, state educational institutions, foundations, and non-profits of many sizes and service sectors. I am an adjunct faculty member at UNCG and have served as lecturer and trainer for foundations, local government, and federal conferences. I work with every client to design and facilitate a process that uses their unique assets to build their capacity to serve their community.
