About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Schulman Consulting provides advisory services around all aspects of nonprofit fiscal sponsorship assisting both fiscal sponsors and fiscally sponsored projects.
For sponsors, we focus on building capacity, tackling strategic challenges, improving operations and undergoing change in areas including portfolio management, finance, risk and communications.
For fiscally sponsored projects, we focus on three key parts of the project lifecycle:
* The beginning - with sponsor identification and application as well education around fiscal sponsorship
* The middle - with facilitation of project transfers from one sponsor to another,
* The end - for those projects that reach appropriate levels of sustainability, we perform Separation Readiness Audits and retainer services for those entering the separation process.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
As the only consultants in America solely focused on fiscal sponsorship, and it's many nuances, there's very little we haven't seen or successfully handled. Whether its launching, growing or evolving the fiscal sponsorship program at your nonprofit or trying to maximize your organization's status as a fiscally-sponsored project, we can help.
