About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I primarily work with organizations on strategic planning, board development, and executive coaching. I especially enjoy working with faith-based organizations and those led by women.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
With over thirty-years experience as a nonprofit executive, I've personally experienced the challenges and the joys of nonprofit work. I understand what it's like to juggle the day-to-day operations with being the "face" of the organization. I understand about funding struggles, making (or not) payroll, staff issues, as well as having a dis-functional board and having a great board. And, I know how to create a strategy to successfully handle those issues.
