About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Elinvar conducts retained searches for Nonprofits, foundations and institutes of higher education. Our specialty is identifying CEO's who fit the unique challenges of a specific organization and the community being served. We have a successful track record of placing diverse candidates in key roles.
We also work with Boards on board development and strategic planning. As a commitment to developing my knowledge base to help our clients drive impact I completed the BoardSource NonProfit Board Consulting program in the fall of 2020. This training was very complementary to the Harvard Nonprofit Governance class I completed in 2012.
