About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
Meredith believes that the nonprofit sector is an essential component of resilient communities and a strong democracy. She has worked with well over a hundred leaders, organizations, and networks as they set course for ambitious visions. She is a skilled facilitator that helps groups chart the right mix of strategies and commit to courageous action. She also recognizes that many of the challenges do not have clear answers, requiring an experimental mindset and habits.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
Meredith has experience guiding nonprofits as they tackle tough questions such as:
What is the right mix of strategies given our organizational strengths and changing context? What do we say no to? What do we invest in?
How do we make our work more relevant to the changing demographics and needs of our community?
How do we transition from our long-time leaders to a new generation of leaders?
