What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I focus on nonprofit leadership transition, because change can be hard... but it doesn't have to be.
Leadership transitions don't have to be traumatic; they can and should be transformational for organizations. Our sector and our nonprofits deserve transformational processes rooted in equity and transparency! I describe the model I use - Executive Transition Management - as capacity-building disguised as executive search and transition.
