What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I help associations and nonprofits diversify their revenue by training them how to create new products, programs, and services. This can include any of the following: developing a value proposition, strategy design and execution, strategic planning, building a business model, market analysis, program or product development (and management), governance, volunteer management, revenue growth, market reach, training, professional development, program metrics, or portfolio design.

I have in-depth experience working in higher education, nonprofits, associations, and startups. I lead the product community, a product development learning community designed specifically for associations. The product community is where associations and nonprofits go for professional development and consulting in program design, product development, strategy crafting, and leverage current offerings to reach new markets.
