Our work includes facilitating comprehensive strategic planning for small and medium sized non-profit organizations; coaching non-profit leaders on governance best practices and board development; and engaging executive directors and board chairs in professional leadership development to enhance organization effectiveness and culture.

With 30+ years in education overall and 15+ in large and small non-profit leadership, we believe in the power of strategic questioning facilitated by strong relationships. Strategic questioning provokes change. It challenges the status quo without blame or fault finding, focusing instead on solutions which are contextual, achievable, and sustainable. Yet it pulls no punches. Strategic questioning is about truth-telling and confronting bias, blind spots, and complacency.
