The Consonance Group provides HR, bookkeeping and finance operations services for small nonprofits and small businesses. We handle full service bookkeeping: payables, receivables, payroll reconciliations, financial reporting, budgets and cash flow forecasting, right on up to CFO functions.
Our HR team provides services such as recruiting, on/offboarding, performance management, and compensation benchmarking.
