About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
We partner with nonprofit clients in the areas of strategy and project management.
Strategy: We facilitate organizations through the development of a 3-5 year strategic plan, working through vision and mission all the way down to goals, measurable objectives and strategic initiatives. We also guide clients through strategy execution, putting the plan into action.
Project Management Office (PMO) Implementation: Larger nonprofit organizations with many projects underway benefit from establishing standard project management processes across their organization. We help organizations establish PM processes and provide guidance with PM tool setup.
Project Management Training and Coaching: Custom project management training and one-on-one project leadership coaching are also offered to support new and growing project managers.
