About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I provide a variety of services to support organizations in living out the values of DEI including, inclusive leadership coaching, policy review/development, curriculum review, DEI assessments and program development.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
My specialty is helping organizations enhance their capacity to fulfill their missions in a manner meaningfully inclusive of diverse communities (both within their organizations and among the clients they serve). I believe practicing equity and inclusion is a way of life and embrace the joy and possibility they hold. I have over 12 years of experience providing strategic guidance to leaders and advising on equitable practices. My background spans both the private and nonprofit sectors including helping Fortune 500 companies foster healthy cultures as an employment law attorney and advancing the rights of and changing narratives about women and people of color as a human rights attorney.
