About Me and My Work
What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I partner with nonprofits on grant writing, grant reporting, funding research, and special projects such as compiling and writing policies and procedures. I provide transformational support through one-on-one or group coaching for leadership development with an eye on the unique needs of each nonprofit. I also create content and faciliate all-staff workshops regarding DEI, avoiding burnout and work-life balance.
Why would someone choose to work with you?
I am passionate about partnering with and supporting the work of nonprofits. I have 20 plus years of nonprofit experience and have worked in a variety of organizations, holding positions in program development/managment, fundraising, coaching and training. This extensive expertise gives me a deep understanding of the complexities of running a successful nonprofit. I am detailed, focused and love to exceed expectations. I care deeply for the people who are called to work within the nonprofit sector and believe supporting them in their work is key in seeing our communities transformed.
