What kinds of projects, tasks, or challenges do you typically partner with nonprofits on?
I help:
- organizations take their strategic plan off the shelf, and into implementation mode
- create succession planning that results in actionable steps and plans for both planned and unexpected absences for not only executive leadership, but also board of directors and all staff
- navigate workplace transitions, whether due to death, retirement, termination, or moving on to another role/org (I specialize in founder transitions), as well as to develop impactful onboarding and offboarding policies and practices for the workplace
- assess organizations and deliver practical plans for improvement, specifically for role review and growth strategy
- board of directors with onboarding and offboarding, and practical growth strategies that match the needs of the organization
- with interim executive leadership needs, whether serving as interim executive director, or to provide guidance and support in a fractional way to someone stepping into that role
